Allow your BTI support technician to access this computer.

Your BTI Support download should begin automatically.

Launch the downloaded program. It will normally be located in your Downloads folder.

Give the displayed 9-digit support code to your BTI technician.

When you no longer need support, close the BTI Support program.

Closing the program prevents your computer from being remotely accessed again until you reopen it and explicitly grant permission.
